4. Pricing and Payment

5 Product Availability and Stock Levels

6. Delivery Policies
6.1 Products will be dispatched for delivery based on your order details, typically within the stated delivery timeframe. Should delivery within 30 days be infeasible, you will be notified and given the options of either a revised delivery date or a full refund.
6.2 Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, excluding public holidays. Timed deliveries may be possible at an additional cost, in which case you will have the opportunity to select a specific hourly slot.
6.3 Deliveries will be made to the address specified in your order.
6.4 Our standard delivery service only guarantees kerbside delivery. Moving the goods from the kerbside to your property is your responsibility.
6.5 For deliveries involving small rigid lorries with tail-lifts, manual pallet trucks will be used to transport the goods from the tail-lift to the kerbside. This is only feasible on hard, flat, and level surfaces.
6.6 Ensure that the route to the delivery point is accessible via a hard road, free of conditions that could damage delivery vehicles. Inform us of any obstacles such as narrow lanes, weight-restricted roads, or low bridges.
6.7 Any requests for delivery vehicles to leave public roads to access your property imply that you assume liability for any resultant damages.
6.8 Any special parking or unloading permits required for delivery are your responsibility.
6.9 We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to unforeseen delivery challenges.
6.10 An authorized person must be present at the delivery location to receive the goods.
6.11 A 20-minute unloading window is standard for most deliveries, and a 60-minute window for larger vehicles. Delays may result in additional charges or cancellation.
6.12 If the delivery vehicle is redirected, or if the delivery cannot be completed within the specified time, additional charges may apply.
